Run – 10 full park laps
Shuttle Drill – 10 Lengths
Stairs – 15 sets
Dumbell Curl to Press – 100
Renegade Rows - 100
Burpee Rollups - 20

Core Complex:
Explore Isometrics
Cool Down and Stretch.
